In-House Joinery, Custom Everything
Reception desks, workstations, salon stations, cabinetry. All built by our team in Landsborough. You pick the materials, the finishes, and the dimensions. Nothing is stock. Nothing is compromised. If you can describe it, we can probably build it.
Lease-Friendly Builds
Commercial leases come with conditions. Make-good clauses, landlord approvals, building management rules about noise and work hours. We deal with this stuff regularly on the Sunshine Coast. We'll work within your lease terms and make sure nothing we build creates a problem when the lease ends.
Minimal Disruption to Your Business
If you're fitting out a running business, we know downtime costs you money. We can work after hours, on weekends, or in stages so you can keep operating while we build around you. We'll plan the job to keep disruption as low as possible.

Consultation
Call us or fill out the quote form. Leo or Andrew will come to your space and have a proper look. We'll talk about what you need, how you use the space, and what your lease allows. If you've got plans from an architect or designer, bring them. If you don't, that's fine too. We'll work it out together.
Design
We put together a layout that covers everything. Where the desks go. Where clients sit. Where the storage lives. How the wiring runs. How people flow through the space. For salons, we'll plan each station, the wash area, and the retail display. You approve the design before we start building anything.
Build
Custom joinery gets built in our Landsborough workshop first. That means less time on site and less disruption to your business (or your neighbours). On-site work is planned around your operating hours if you need it. We keep the space clean and we stick to the timeline.
Handover
We walk through the finished space with you. Open every door, pull out every drawer, test every surface. If you spot something that needs adjusting, we sort it before we leave. You get a space that's ready to work in from the moment we hand it over.
